im feeling pretty confident after yesterdays meet, hopeing to step it up a bit and get back into the grove of things.
today was suppose to be an easy hour, i ended up goin for an hour and a half, i just felt good. my foot bothered me a little for the first 20 mins or so, then i just felt great.

dude, when is that meet? i might try to make it up. Coach Fletcher would probably let me stay with him, or I could stay with Rockers.
I have to get the rest of my shit from fletchers house anyway, so i may look into that.
